How to plank


Ok here is the guide to follow to get a perfect plank.

  1. Lay with your face down
  2. Your face must have not expression
  3. Legs must be strait in line with your back.
  4. Legs must be together
  5. Toes pointed outwards
  6. Arms must be placed by your side strait, with your fingers pointed out.

 

By planking without following these steps will gain you a FAIL Plank =)
